Situated in the area of Bessin, Balleroy is in the center of popular tourist sites in Normandy, midway between Bayeux and Saint-Lô, and 40 kilometers from Caen.
If you are traveling by car, you will pass through a rich and interesting countryside particularly the " Forêt de Cerisy " which you'll reach just before entering the small market town of Balleroy. The Château itself stands at the end of a wide and long avenue that slopes down through the village.
